This pack focuses on same side wall aerials - taking the ball off the side wall and directing a powerful shot on net. The first couple of shots are easier, and progress in difficulty as you move through the pack. It's important to take your time on the approach, and focus on timing your jump correctly to make solid contact with the ball.
