This pack is designed to help players improve their ability to read and play off of rebounds. The shots are specifically placed in a way that forces players to cross the field for the rebound, making the training more realistic to actual gameplay. Improving your rebound proficiency will lead to more scoring opportunities and increased pressure on the opposing team.
