TIP: In order to do hit these effectively and actually get power on your touch, you need to launch your car UP quickly at the start of the aerial so that you're still gaining height as you're turning your car upside down approaching the ball. Get your vertical momentum going as you start your aerial so you can spend the second half of your aerial focusing on the car adjustment.
